A native of Houston, Texas, Diana received her BFA in Modern Dance Performance from the University of Oklahoma. During college, she first discovered the versatile power of Pilates and immediately fell in love with its ability to build strength both physically and mentally. She earned her Pilates mat and apparatus certifications through The Lab under the direction of Jessica Taylor. She loves helping people rehabilitate injuries, build strength, increase flexibility, and strengthen their mind body connection through Pilates. She is in her 3rd season with CBDC. Since moving to Denver she has had the opportunity to work with Chadash Contemporary Dance Movement, DAMAGEDANCE, Industrial Dance Alliance, Maureen Breeze Dance Theater, and Nosilla Dance Project.


Class description:

All levels Pilates mat class is a full body workout with an emphasis on developing core strength. Pilates is designed to create strength and balance in the body. It will help to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Additionally, it is great tool for injury prevention and pain management.
